Third Party Quality Control

Angonoa is a part of the American Institute of Bakings auditing program that reviews food safety and facility quality control and has received the following ratings:

• "Excellent" with a score of 885 in October 2004
• "Superior" with a score of 925 in December 2005

Kosher Certification

Angonoa's breadsticks are manufactured under strict supervision by the Kashruth Division of the Orthodox Union and have been OU-D approved and certified kosher dairy.
